About Me

Carol Robert, PCC, CDWF, PMP, is a Leadership Coach, Organizational Culture Strategist and Instructor, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt with over 20 years of experience in Executive Leadership, Strategy, Project, Program and Operations Management.  

As a coach and facilitator, Carol creates a safe environment to explore options and build self-awareness, respecting your point of view, while challenging you to look beyond your perspective. Carol listens without judgment and makes emotional vulnerability and awareness accessible to the practical, analytical mind. She leads with compassion, while expecting you to hold yourself accountable for following through on your commitment to growth.

Having held executive leadership positions in operations, strategy and business winning, she understands the challenges inherent in balancing strategy with execution, high performance with efficiency and increased workload with personal needs.

In her Coaching work, she specializes in working with leaders, teams and individuals moving through change, enabling leadership and intact teams to leverage their combined potential and empowering individuals to move beyond their barriers to growth in both work and personal life.  Her coaching clients benefit from experiential assignments that push them out of their comfort zones into actively practicing new concepts and behaviors.  She has experience coaching senior leaders, and having worked as an executive, understands the drivers and challenges inherent in leadership at that level.

As a Leadership Development Instructor, she brings personal experience leading at many different organizational levels and a facilitative, interactive teaching style that enhances the participants’ learning experience. In the classroom, she focuses on realistic, practical and relevant material designed to meet the needs of the specific audience, ensuring principles are reinforced through hands-on activities that engage participants, accelerating development through experience.

Ms. Robert has over 20 years of leadership experience, including time as an officer in the US Navy, as an executive in a large federal contracting company and as the owner  and CEO of a small business.
